Woodley Plaza uses electronic key fobs for building access and a remote control for the garage gate. Residents receive (without charge) two (2) fobs that control the perimeter doors and one (1) garage remote for each parking space owned by the unit. When residents are assigned fobs, they must provide the Managing Agent a phone number that will be called from the entry phone. When called from the entry phone, residents should press “9” on their phones to allow visitors access to the building. The entry number and fob/garage remote purchase processes are handled by our management company, Community Systems, Inc. (please see contact info below).
ADDITIONAL DOOR FOBS AND GARAGE REMOTES/UPDATING ENTRY PHONE NUMBERS
Additional door entry fobs can be purchased at Community Systems’ office for $10 each. Additional garage remotes are $40. Checks should be made payable to Woodley Plaza. Community Systems should also be contacted for updating phone numbers for the entry phone.
