Selling Your Unit

Two important points regarding condo sales:

1) Prior to completing listing documents with a realtor, unit owners should verify the precise location of the storage unit associated with the condo for sale and make sure the correct storage number is noted on the listing documents. Storage unit numbers are the same as their corresponding unit numbers. The Board has a map of all storage units which can be obtained by unit owners by contacting a member of the Condo Board.

2) Residents who are selling their units must also provide condominium resale documents to their buyer(s) prior to closing. To obtain resale documents, please download and complete the attached Resale Disclosure application and return it to Denver Turner with Community Systems, Inc. at denver@communitysystemsinc.com. Processing begins immediately upon receipt of the completed form.

Please note that the information provided in resale documents is only valid for 30 days – so ensure that you have a buyer in place when requesting them.  CSI is well aware of the urgency of these documents and makes every effort to prepare them in advance of the 10 days required by law.

There is a $200.00 processing fee, payable to “Community Systems Inc. to complete this process. Payment options include personal check, cashier’s check, money order, and cash. Credit cards are not accepted. Once the request has been received and completed, you will be contacted for pick up. Payment will be due at time of pickup.
