EMERGENCIES—CONTACTING CIVIL AUTHORITIES:
For fires, life and death situations, break-ins, property destruction and crimes against a person, you should first report the emergency directly to the appropriate civil authorities:
Police, Fire, and Ambulance 911
Note: the building fire alarm does not contact the fire department.
If there is an emergency outside of business hours, you should contact our Managing Agent, Community Systems, Inc., and notify the Board President or Vice President in order to expedite contacting the appropriate services for needed repairs or system adjustments.
