According to the Woodley Plaza Condominium Association Bylaws, unit windows and sliding glass doors are considered common elements that are replaced by the Association (screens, however, are the financial responsibility of unit owners).
If you are experiencing an issue with a defective window or sliding glass door, please email a member of the Condo Board and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. We will then relay the information to our Managing Agent who will contact the vendor and arrange for an inspection (residents may not contact vendors directly unless they are paying for the work themselves; they should also not reach out directly to the Management Company). Historically, we have repaired and replaced windows and doors in batches as it is more cost effective for the Association to do so.
Also, as a courtesy to your neighbors below, please keep in mind that our sliding glass doors are exceptionally heavy–and are therefore quite loud as they are being opened and closed. Please refrain from repeatedly opening and closing them.
